I received an email titled “Action Required: Deactivation of Supplier Users Linked to Your Organization.” What does this mean, why did I receive it, and what am I supposed to do?

This automated email notification is sent by Resilinc when one or more supplier users or email domains associated with your organization have been deactivated in the platform. The purpose of this email is to inform you that those supplier users are no longer considered authorized representatives of their respective organizations and will no longer be able to respond to assessments or participate in platform activities on behalf of those suppliers.
Deactivation may occur for one of two reasons: either the supplier user themselves has indicated they are not authorized to represent the supplier organization, or another member of their organization has manually deactivated their access. This process ensures the accuracy of contact records and maintains data integrity across the platform.
The notification email is sent to the customer user who last uploaded the CDIF file associated with the affected supplier(s). Additionally, your organization’s Customer Success Manager (CSM) is copied on the email to maintain visibility and assist if follow-up is required.
Included in the email is an Excel file attachment that lists the specific supplier users or email domains that have been deactivated. This attachment allows you to identify exactly which contacts were removed. The email may also include recommended next steps, such as reaching out to the affected supplier organization to confirm the appropriate point of contact or submitting a request to Resilinc to add a new authorized user if needed.
While the email comes from an external address (e.g., support@resilinc.com), it is a legitimate and secure system-generated message from Resilinc. It is safe to open the attached file and take the appropriate action as suggested. You are not required to respond to the automated email itself, but if you need assistance, you can contact Resilinc Support (customersupport@resilinc.ai) or reply through your open support ticket.
