- The left sidebar displays only those products and features that the customer has contracted with Resilinc.
- If the entire section is blank, most likely the MSA/SOW (contract) would have ended. Please notify your Customer Success Manager to contact Resilinc TechSupport.
- The icons in hamburger menu on the left panel also appears based on licenses assigned to a particular user. Hence, it is necessary that the user has all the required licenses assigned.
- You may encounter a message that reads "Welcome to Resilinc, Your tailored Homepage experience is being created, and will be available shortly. This also indicates that you need to contact either the CSM or Resilinc TechSupport.
- This may also occur when the SOW start date is yet to come and user is trying to access Resilinc portal prior to this SOW start date. Note: Company Admin won't be able to assign these licenses to their users if the SOW start date is yet to come.
