As a customer user while configuring an assessment, I and other users in my org need a copy of the kick-off email.

  • Requesters added while configuring an assessment will not receive any kick-off emails.
  • For customer users to receive a copy of kick-off email, they would have to be added in the CC field while configuring the assessments.
  • Click on Preview Kick-off email => select Edit Kick-off email => Recipients and Subject to view the CC option.

  • Select Edit Kick-Off Email.
