- Requesters added while configuring an assessment will not receive any kick-off emails.
- For customer users to receive a copy of kick-off email, they would have to be added in the CC field while configuring the assessments.
- Click on Preview Kick-off email => select Edit Kick-off email => Recipients and Subject to view the CC option.
- Select Edit Kick-Off Email.
