Here are some of the highlights of February 2023 release!

ENHANCEMENTS

• Inline reports within the List view

  • Quick reference to relevant reports without navigating to “View Dashboards” from the left navigation bar to make insights faster and easier to access.
  • Open any report in no more than two clicks.
  • The following reports are available:
    • BOM (Bill Of Material): Available under product list view. This report contains product and parts required to produce the product along with part category.
    • Product Site Mapping: This report contains product and the sites from where the parts required to produce the product are being sourced. Also it has number of parts mapped, site DUNS number and maximum recovery time.
  • More inline reports will be added to the portal in 2023. 

• Enhanced Spend Analytics:

  • Category Managers, Risk Managers, or Procurement group members can now access deeper spend analytics by category or by supplier to achieve business KPIs such as analyzing procurement ROI and benefits, achieving cost savings through better management of internal resources, and allocating capital more efficiently.
  • This feature will now provide the user an ability to provide the spend by transaction i.e., multiple spend values for the same supplier part, which will make it easy to load and provide data.
  • In addition, the user will be able to view deeper analytics on spend, including
    • Supplier Spend by Category
    • Category Spend by Supplier
    • Part Spend by Category
    • Part Spend by Supplier
