- The 1:1 messaging channel will be non-contextual i.e.; customer users and supplier users can initiate a 1:1 message on any topic related to supply chain risk and resiliency management information available on the platform
- Customer users will be able to initiate 1:1 messaging ONLY with the supplier users who are the nominated/designated contacts for the customer company
- The nominated/designated supplier contact users will be able to initiate 1:1 messaging ONLY with the users from the company who have nominated/designated the supplier users as their point of contact
- A supplier contact user, if required, will be able to initiate 1:1 messaging with non-EU (European Union) users from a customer company that has not nominated/designated the supplier users as the contact for their company
2. Quick navigation to reports and dashboards
Improved user experience through swifter accessibility of reports and dashboards in the portal. Users can access their favorite reports and dashboards in a single click rather than searching through the complete listing.

3. Ability to add EU (European Union) residency to user profile
Resilinc continuously reviews its data privacy policy and, as part of recent review, we have made changes in the application on the registration page for new users registering on the Resilinc application portal and on the User Profile page for all existing registered and active users, which allows you to select if you reside in the EU.
- All existing users if they reside in EU can edit their user profile
- All new users if residing in the EU registering on the Resilinc application portal after 8th October 2022 will be able to use updated registration page to add EU residency to their user profile
- By default, all new and existing users will be non-EU
- This enhancement introduces automatic control on display of personal identifiable information (PII) of Resilinc’s users in the EU in the Resilinc application portal
