Why Supplier user is unable to update Commit date for an assessment?

  • The supplier is unable to update commit date only for submitted assessments.
  • Once an assessment has been submitted, the Commit Date field becomes locked and cannot be updated or modified by the supplier. 
  • The system restricts changes to this specific field after submission, and this does not affect the assessment’s submission status or its overall completion.
  • Although the Commit Date cannot be changed post-submission, suppliers can still review and update their responses to other questions in the assessment. 
  • If the completion percentage is not at 100%, it can still be increased by ensuring that all required questions have been answered. Other than the Commit Date field being locked, all standard assessment functionalities continue to operate as expected.
