- This is the expected behavior as per the current product design.
- Supplier data added through any of the following sources is assigned 100% confidence:
- CDIF
- Supply Chain Visibility (SCV)
- Resilinc's Research team
- Since these suppliers have 100% confidence, they are displayed under the Validated map.
- Supplier relationships identified through trade data are assigned 50% confidence and are displayed separately based on the application's confidence thresholds.
- Therefore, suppliers with the Data Source listed as Resilinc are expected to appear under the Validated map.
Additional Information
- There are plans to introduce an intermediate confidence level (for example, 70%) to better differentiate suppliers identified through Resilinc's Research team.
- This enhancement has not yet been implemented.
- Until then, the current confidence assignment and display behavior are working as designed.
