Below is a summary of the new features and improvements introduced in the Resilinc platform for July 2025. These updates enhance workflow integration, data management, and user experience for supply chain resilience.
1. Workflows via REST APIs (New Feature)
- Module: REST APIs
- Description: Two new REST API endpoints enable seamless integration of workflow intelligence into your applications. These endpoints support workflow configuration, management, and tracking, including filtering projects by status, category, or date range, and sorting playbooks by playbookId (ascending/descending). Ideal for automation, incident response, and dashboard integration.
2. Managing User Defined Attributes (UDAs) (Improvement)
- Module: Data Load - UDAs
- Description: Enhanced UDA management with multiple submission methods: via Customer Data Input File (CDIF) with "UDA_" prefix, Data Load Automation (DLA) via SFTP, or the portal's UI. New settings allow users to choose their preferred method, with "delete and load" or "append" modes. Supplier categories remain unaffected unless explicitly updated. Restrictions include a 200-character limit and specific allowed special characters (@, _, -).
- Key Notes: Back up UDAs before uploads, and ensure correct settings to avoid unintended deletions. Validation reports and master data files reflect UDA changes.
3. EventWatch Configurator (Improvement)
- Module: EventWatch
- Description: New Country Filter adds Continent and Region columns for intuitive geographic filtering, available on both desktop and mobile. Data Source Filter allows users to select Customer, Supplier, or Resilinc data for WarRoom notifications, with dependency logic ensuring consistent selections. Product Family Filter introduces a six-level hierarchy (Product, Company Name, Business Unit, etc.) to focus WarRoom notifications, also available on mobile.
- Value: Enhances filtering precision, reduces notification noise, and aligns with internal business structures.
4. Improved Look and Feel to Custom Assessments Suite (Improvement)
- Module: Custom Assessments
- Description: Upgraded SurveyJS module offers a modern survey experience with new features: Boolean response types, rating scales, a visual logic builder for conditional rules, and improved panel handling for grouped questions. These updates support dynamic, user-friendly assessments for complex data collection.
- Value: Simplifies creation of tailored assessments with enhanced UI and functionality.
5. Improved Access to Risk Score Editing (Improvement)
- Module: Risk
- Description: Enhanced access to risk score editing, accessible via supplier drill-down in the portal. This update streamlines risk score management for better supply chain risk assessment.
- Value: Simplifies risk score updates, improving efficiency for risk management teams.
