How is the Resiliency Risk score calculated for a supplier on the Supplier Risk Score Trend chart on the supplier overview page?

  • The Supplier Risk Score Trend chart displays trend data on a quarterly basis.
  • When the Resiliency Risk score for a supplier is updated or refreshed within a quarter, the average of those scores is calculated and displayed as the Resiliency Risk score for that quarter.

Example:

  • In the screen-print below, for supplier XYZ, the Resiliency Risk score is shown as 6.95 for Q1-2025.
  • During this quarter, the score was refreshed three times:
  • First update: 7.06
  • Second update: 6.88
  • Third update: 6.89
  • The average of these three values (6.95) is displayed on the Supplier Risk Score Trend chart.
