1. User-Defined Attributes (UDAs) via REST APIs – Now Live!
We’re thrilled to introduce enhanced support for User-Defined Attributes (UDAs) in our REST APIs! This powerful feature allows you to:
- Retrieve UDAs for Suppliers and Sites using new endpoints in API Versions 3.0 and 14.0.
- Filter UDAs by name or value, with flexible query options.
- Access detailed documentation in the Customer Hub (Path: Help & Support > Knowledge Base > REST APIs).
2. Rapid Ratings Dashboard Upgrades
New Columns Added: Financial Date and Reporting Period for richer insights.
HealthMark Score Automation: Scores now pull automatically, with merged columns for clarity.
Logic: Displays FHR (if available), otherwise HealthMark.
3. Supplier Management Enhancements
Quarterly Email Alerts: Crisis Managers will receive updates on newly added colleagues (via CDIF, assessments, etc.).
DUNS Number in Orion: A new column in the Supplier Listing Page improves identity validation and risk assessment.
4. System Maintenance Reminder
A brief maintenance window is scheduled for June 27, 2025 (9:30 PM – 11:30 PM PST). Services remain available but will restart. New REST APIs/fields go live post-maintenance.
