Here are some of the highlights of June 2024 release!

What's New?
This update encompasses a series of enhancements, bug fixes, and new features. Release highlights include:

Accelerate Disruption Mitigation

  • Enhanced Supplier Event Response Workflow: Suppliers now have an enhanced user experience when responding to events without logging in through an updated Event Response page. Specifically, they can now respond to multiple customers at once, eliminating the need to repeat multiple steps. Additionally, they have the ability to add files as attachments, making it easier for registered and non-registered suppliers to respond to events with meaningful information quickly.
  • Centralized Supplier Event Dashboard: A new, centralized dashboard ensures suppliers can access all the information they need to understand and respond to events, including filters that enable suppliers to quickly identify actionable events.
  • Quick Event Impact Confirmations: New functionality enables suppliers to quickly respond to an event as “Not Impacted” and send that response to all associated customers in under 30 seconds.

Proactively Prevent Disruptions

  • DVI 2.0, Disruption Vulnerability Index: Resilinc’s Disruption Vulnerability Index (DVI) is a way for companies to measure a supplier’s vulnerability to disruptions. It uses predictive AI to help companies quickly assess vulnerability. Following recent algorithm updates, the DVI can now identify patterns and forecast events with a high likelihood of recurrence using predictive AI. The DVI then uses this data to make more accurate predictions about current supply chain disruptions—providing a complete picture of risk.
  • Comprehensive Supplier ESG Risk Assessment: Resilinc’s ESG risk assessment is the latest addition to our Supplier Assessment Library. This centralized library houses numerous assessments from cybersecurity to business continuity planning (BCP). While the library already contains specific assessments for ESG legislation—such as the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act—this ESG risk assessment serves as a broader rating for overall ESG risk. After collecting ESG assessment responses, Resilinc will run analytics to highlight high-risk areas, calculate risk scores, and anticipate trends so companies can save valuable time and resources. This refined and ready-to-use data will then be available from a centralized dashboard, providing a quick view of where suppliers are at in their ESG journey.
  • What-If Impact Confirmation: Admin customer users can now request an impact confirmation from suppliers for WarRooms created via What-If Analysis. This enables customers to plan proactively for potential events in collaboration with their suppliers so that they are better prepared to act in the case an event occurs.
  • Moody’s Integration: Integration with Moody’s is now available for customers who have existing Moody’s credentials. This will enable customers to integrate several risk scores including those focused on cyber security, financial risk, and ESG.

Reduce Time to Monitor and Manage Risks

  • Ability to Adjust Site Selection for Impact Status: In the Mobile App, Suppliers can now define impact status confirmations at the site level when responding to an event as “Not Impacted”.
  • Supplier Attachments: Suppliers can now add attachments to event responses in the mobile app, enabling a more streamlined communication workflow for event impact confirmation.
  • Improved WarRoom Updates: A new column has been added to all WarRoom grids that display the date the WarRoom was last updated, enabling customers to easily track and prioritize them for response and resolution. A WarRoom is updated if a new region or site is added, or if a supplier or customer confirms impact. (Note: a WarRoom with these updates will move back to the top of the list of WarRooms.)
  • Enhanced Multi-tier Data Load Capabilities: We have enhanced the data upload process to allow customers to add sub-tier sourcing data directly through the CDIF. This feature allows customers to directly map sub-tier suppliers and parts up to tier 10, without requiring them to wait for supplier-provided data. This enables them to experience the value of sub-tier visibility much sooner. This feature will not be available with the general release on July 6th. It will instead be available on July 20th.

Protect Revenue, Cash Flow, and Service

  • Customer-defined Revenue & Spend Thresholds: Customers may now define their own revenue and spend thresholds in settings to differentiate between low, medium, and high metrics. This allows customers to align the Analyze Risk dashboards to their business metrics and enable more effective analysis.
  • Geographic Hotspots Dashboard Upgrade: The revamped Geographic Hotspots dashboard provides a more performant user experience. It includes new features such as contextual insights to help provide immediate information on potential areas of focus for addressing risk in the supply chain.
