What is the difference between Comment and Single Input options available in the toolbox while designing the new assessment templates?

When you select Long Text from the Toolbox for a question then suppliers can provide a multi line response to that question.
You have an option to add the number of rows to the response in the layout option.

Whereas, if you select Single-Line Input then suppliers can only provide a single line answer.
