- Yes, customers can create their own assessments and launch it to their suppliers to respond
- Under Hamburger Menu, hover mouse cursor on Manage Assessments till it expands. On expanding, choose the option Create Assessment. It will take you to the My Library tab which contains assessments that you have created
- If you have not created any assessments, this page will be blank
- Click on Resilinc Library, it will list all the Resilinc owned assessments shared with you. User has an option of cloning an existing assessment template or to create a new one
- By cloning the assessment template, questions can be added, changed, rearranged, made mandatory or optional etc. to existing assessment
- CREATE NEW TEMPLATE button can be used to create the new template
- On the Pop-up window, name your assessment template (mandatory) and add a description which is optional (this is not applicable while cloning)
- Click CREATE to proceed
- The assessment template name is displayed on top left
- Name of the assessment is editable by clicking on the pencil beside it
- User can use the three button that appears at the top right to exit, save the progress or save and launch the assessment
- TOOLBOX: Hosts various types of assessment question types to choose from
- assessment name and description are the details you have set in the step mentioned above
- Canvas area: Drag and drop the question types from the Toolbox
- There are buttons available in front of each question to edit the question, delete it, make it mandatory
- Question 1 is a Single Input type, user can provide an answer in a single line
- Question 2 is a Radio group type where user can choose 1 from multiple options
- User can use other input types from the toolbox in order to create the assessment
- Once the assessment is created, click on SAVE.
- A notification pops up on top right confirming the assessment has been updated successfully
- Clicking ‘Edit’ button beside any question provides further options to:
- Add a description to the question
- Make the question mandatory
- Assign weightage
- Assign conditions to activate the question based on response to the previous question etc.
- User can test the assessment by answering the questions
- If changes are needed, go back to the previous page by clicking on Design Assessment Template
- User can also translate the assessments into different regional languages that are available in the dropdown
- Click Translate Assessment then click ‘Select language to translate’ to get a list of 32 languages in which these questions can be translated. The languages chosen from the dropdown menu are visible with a check box
