- In many assessments, conditional logic is applied to control the flow of questions. One common logic is the use of the "VISIBLE IF" condition on certain questions. Refer screen-print showing the question is configured with Visible If conditional logic:

- If such a condition is not met and responder answer the question as NO, the dependent question remains hidden. This conditional logic on the current question controls the visibility of the following section, leaving it not visible to the responder.
- This behavior is expected and driven by the conditional visibility logic configured in the assessment. To make the section appear, you may need to:
- Answer the triggering question in a way that meets the condition, or
- Review and update the conditional logic if visibility is unintentionally restricted.
