Is it possible to modify the questions in a standard BCP Assessment?

Questions in standard BCP ISO and BCP at the site level assessments cannot be changed as these assessments use standard templates.
However, for custom-created survey templates, questions can be updated, edited, or removed, provided the surveys have not been launched.
If a survey has already been launched and the user attempts to make changes in the editor tool, an alert will pop up stating 'Changes cannot be saved since the assessment has already been launched.'
