BCP Analytics

This can be accessed by clicking on the Analyze BCPs option from the left hamburger menu. It is used to analyze Business Continuity Plan of your Partners / Sites based on the BCP Assessments and partner / site information provided by your Company through CDIF.

1. Overall Average Score: This shows overall average score at the company level
2. Average Partner Score: Average BCP risk score for all Partners
3. Average Site Score: Average BCP risk score for all sites
4. BCP Score Trend: This shows the yearly trend of average BCP Risk Score for all Partners and Sites
5. Parts Mapped to Site: The chart shows graphical representations of Parts Mapped to Site
6. Partner BCP Assessment Risk Summary: A partner level risk distribution chart to assess High, Medium and Low risk partner percentage. The chart can be filtered using the legends available
7. Partner BCP Capability Score: The chart shows overall Partner BCP sectional scores based on Partner responses for each BCP survey section
8. View Your Suppliers Response to Partner & Site Level Survey: These are quick links to display downloadable Suppliers Response to Partner & Site Level BCP Survey
   • Sites: Choose from list of sites, to analyze BCP risk for the selected site on its individual site-specific dashboard
   • Partners: Choose from list of Partners, to analyze BCP risk for the selected Partner on its individual partner specific dashboard
9. Site BCP Assessment Risk Summary: A site level risk distribution chart to assess High, Medium and Low risk partner percentage. The chart can be filtered using the legends available
10. Site BCP Capability Score: The chart shows overall Site BCP sectional scores based on Site responses for each BCP survey section
11. Site Recovery Analytics: This is a downloadable report on Site Recovery analysis. Here user can access the important factors like Site Recovery Time, Revenue at Risk, Sole Sourced, Single Sourced Part count etc.
12. Partner BCP Assessment: This table provides Partner’s BCP Assessment Score for each section in detail and enables users to focus on the concern areas like Emergency Response & Crisis Management, Infrastructure etc.
13. Site BCP Assessment: This table provides Site’s BCP Assessment risk scores for each section in details and enables users to focus on the concern areas like Business Recovery, Transportation, Safety, Back up Power etc.
14. Historical Submissions- BCP Assessment at Partner Level: This grid provides a comprehensive view of all historical records for a specific assessment that were launched at the partner level.
15. Historical Submissions- BCP Assessment at Site Level: This grid provides a comprehensive view of all historical records for a specific assessment that were launched at the site level.
