Here are some of the highlights of November 2023 release which brings a range of enhancements, bug fixes, and exciting new features.

 

ENHANCEMENTS

New Modernized “Supplier Portal” Home Page – Phase 1

  • The Supplier Portal will be updated with a sleek, modern homepage, enhancing user interaction, and facilitating prompt completion of customer requests. Click here to see a screenshot of the new screen.
  • New features include:

    1. Enhanced notification system for easy access to pending items
    2. Free access to Resilinc’s Special Reports
    3. Up-to-date supply chain news

Sub-tier Risk Roll up to higher tier supplier and Part (PM1443) & Sub-tier part risk Scores:

  • New multi-tier part risk quantification offers greater visibility in part risk hierarchy. Sub-tier suppliers' parts resiliency risk will be carried over to higher-tier suppliers' parts based on methodology adopted:
    • Quantifying "Sub-tier Supplier" risk profile impact on "higher tier suppliers"
    • Quantifying "Sub-tier supplier part" risk profile impact on "higher tier supplier parts”

Phase 2: Automation in removing incorrect, corrupted, incorrectly formatted, or duplicate data received from customers and supplier

  • Clean data makes you more effective and efficient. Data clean up automation will make you more surgical about risk prioritization and mitigation, leading to more robust SCRM


MOBILE – A drilldown into higher tier suppliers and company path

  • Rapid Higher-Tier Supplier Identification for Sub-Tier Disruption Impacts
  • In the event of a disruption affecting sub-tier suppliers, users of the mobile app can now access detailed information about the associated higher-tier suppliers. The mobile app displays the company's pathway, enabling users to swiftly pinpoint and respond to affected higher-tier suppliers.
