This month's release focuses on automation and customization, delivering powerful new capabilities for workflows and REST APIs. With the ability to define custom workflow elements, create workflows programmatically, and extract WarRoom notes via API, you'll have greater flexibility to integrate Resilinc into your enterprise systems and tailor the platform to your unique processes.

Custom Elements in Workflows

You can now enhance workflow creation by defining custom elements tailored to your business needs.

Add custom fields for Suppliers, Sites, Events, and Parts through a simple customer support request.
Choose from multi-select drop-down values or free text entries for flexible data capture.
Mark workflows as 'Archived' with the new workflow status option.
Retrieve custom elements via REST APIs for seamless integration with your systems.

Create Workflows via REST APIs

Workflows can now be created programmatically using Resilinc's REST API, bringing full workflow creation power directly into your automation tools.

Create workflows for Events, Partners, Sites, and Customer Part Numbers in a single API call.
Achieve 100% parity between UI-created and API-created workflows.
Use new helper endpoints to discover workflow owners and custom attributes.

This capability enables you to automate workflow creation, onboard suppliers with pre-configured risk workflows, and keep Resilinc in sync with your internal systems.

Extract WarRoom Notes via REST APIs

The new 'event_notes' endpoint allows you to export notes added to WarRooms directly through REST APIs.

Retrieve all commentary linked to a WarRoom with detailed attributes including creator, timestamps, and content.
Enable seamless integration with enterprise tools for better tracking and collaboration.
