This months release focuses on supply chain and tariff management platform, detailing new features and improvements across various modules including AI agents, supply chain visualization, and supplier impact notifications.

  • Tariff Agent Enhancements: The Tariff Agent now supports natural language queries for tariff actions, enabling exploration of tariff exposure across multiple organizational levels and providing executive-ready summaries with drill-down capabilities and guided workflows for mitigation strategies. It is available to limited customers in production.
  • Exemptions Application and Explainability: The Tariff Agent can now ingest and track exemption certificates, apply them in exposure calculations, and provide transparent explanations of results, enhancing data completeness, financial precision, and audit readiness. This feature is also available to limited customers.
  • Supplier Website Addition: The platform now allows adding supplier websites in supplier details via multiple data input methods, improving data accuracy and name normalization. Supplier websites are visible in supply chain assessments, and a single website is stored per normalized supplier with lightweight format validation. This feature will be available to all customers after January 17, 2026.
  • Disruption Agent for WarRooms: A new AI-powered Disruption Agent summarizes WarRooms over selectable timeframes and filters, providing overviews, disruption drivers, and metric snapshots tailored to user preferences, enabling faster insights and contextual decision-making.
  • Disruption Agent Exploration: Users can explore impacted WarRooms, suppliers, sites, and parts with detailed filters and natural language queries, facilitating actionable intelligence and proactive risk management.
  • Tier 1 Notification of Sub-Tier Impacts: Tier-1 suppliers gain visibility into disruptions confirmed by their sub-tier suppliers through a new "My Supplier Events" tab, activity logs, bell notifications, and optional email alerts controlled via portal settings, enhancing situational awareness and response speed.
  • Multi-Tier Supply Chain Visualization: A new interactive left-to-right graphical interface visualizes the supply chain from Tier 0 to Tier 3, showing supplier and part counts, supplier relationships, and enabling horizontal navigation, which aids in understanding complex dependencies and supports disruption and compliance analysis.
  • Supplier Node Details Panel: Clicking a supplier node opens a side panel displaying detailed supplier information, tier context, key metrics, and parts data, facilitating faster impact assessments and root-cause analysis without leaving the visualization.
  • Highlight Supplier Feature: Users can highlight a specific supplier in the supply chain graph to emphasize all related upstream and downstream connections and dim unrelated nodes, supporting scenario analysis and clearer communication of supplier impact.
  • Edge-Level Parts and HS Code Details: Clicking edges between supplier nodes reveals parts shipped, associated HS codes, and shipment context, linking material flow with trade compliance and tariff exposure for more precise impact assessments.
  • Autonomous Mapping Improvements: Material Breakdown Structure allows searching and filtering by materials across tiers, providing hierarchical views and real-time updates on supplier and part counts, while Search Within Filters enhances filter usability with auto-suggestions across key dimensions. These features improve supply chain visibility, precision, and analyst efficiency.
