• Power BI API Connector
  This connector integrates Resilinc REST APIs into an accessible data source for Power BI workspaces within your organization, eliminating the need for individual API configuration. Available to all customers with an active Resilinc REST API subscription.
• Suppliers Responds as ‘Assessing’ an Event
  Supplier Portal Enhancement - When an event is triggered, suppliers can now notify customers of event acknowledgment and indicate they will provide impact confirmation within 24 hours.
• REVA Knowledge Assistant on the Customer Portal
  Introducing your AI assistant REVA, developed to help you navigate the Resilinc platform with ease and to help answer your questions on the fly.
• Login Activity in User Management (November Release)
  The new Login Activity feature in User Management provides a log of users who accessed the system in the last 90 days.

Improvements

• WarRoom Activity - Supplier Response Timeline
  This improvement adds a timeline icon that shows a detailed log of notifications and responses. Users can export this data to Excel for better supplier performance analysis and decision-making.
• Introduction of the Resilinc Academy through the Portal
  This improvement allows users to quickly and intuitively access the Resilinc Academy directly from the customer portal.
• Data Loading - Flexible Validation
  This improvement allows users to validate the CDIF (customer data input file) quickly, identifying errors without waiting for the full data load process which speeds up error detection and enhances the user experience.
• Data Loading - Simultaneous Data Loading
  This enhancement significantly reduces the potential time required to load a CDIF by enabling multiple organizations to load data simultaneously, eliminating the need to wait in a queue.
• Supplier Emails Revamp (Event - Related)
  This update streamlines the event response email format, making it more user-friendly and concise. With clearer, actionable information, suppliers can make faster decisions, enhancing their experience.

To ensure smooth integration, system maintenance is scheduled on 4^th January 2025, from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM PST. Please take the note of the below:

• Event Monitoring services will not be available from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM PST.
• Portal and Mobile App services will be available during the maintenance window but however will undergo a restart.
