What roles and licenses are required to access the What-If Tool?

Required Roles:
The user must be assigned one of the following roles:
EXECUTIVE, COMMODITY_MANAGER, RISK_LEAD, EVENT_LEAD
Required Licenses:
The user must also hold one of the following.
WHAT_IF (View Only) license – Provides read-only access to WarRoom details such as: Sites and site activities, Partners, Customer parts and supplier parts, Products, Material flow.
This license does not allow creation or collaboration in a What-If WarRoom.
WHAT_IF (Collaborate) license - The user must be assigned the WHAT_IF (Collaborate) license to create the WARROOM by using What_If tool and send supplier impact confirmations.
