Most text on the WarRoom Detail page is protected from highlighting, but the title can be highlighted by click-dragging from just above or just after the title (see the dots):
Or, if the title is long enough that it cuts off with a …, hovering over the title will provide a tooltip displaying the full name and which can be highlighted normally:
