- To remove an incorrectly added supplier or site, the customer will need to contact Resilinc Tech Support, as there is no direct way for the customer to remove a supplier/site from the WarRoom.
- The customer can:
- Email customersupport@resilinc.ai, or
- Submit a ticket through the Customer Support Hub.
- Once the request is received, Resilinc's Tech Support team will handle the removal from the backend.
