If an irrelevant supplier or site is added to the WarRoom, how can the customer remove it? Can this be done directly from the portal?

  • To remove an incorrectly added supplier or site, the customer will need to contact Resilinc Tech Support, as there is no direct way for the customer to remove a supplier/site from the WarRoom.
  • The customer can:
    • Email customersupport@resilinc.ai, or
    • Submit a ticket through the Customer Support Hub.
  • Once the request is received, Resilinc's Tech Support team will handle the removal from the backend.
