If I close or archive an event from the portal, will it disappear from the supplier portal? Will suppliers still be able to respond to such events?

  • Event Visibility on Supplier Portal:

    • Closing or archiving an event from the customer’s end does not impact the supplier portal.
    • The event will still be visible to the supplier, and they will be able to provide responses for such events.

  • Event Disappearance Criteria:

    • Events will only disappear from the supplier portal if the customer turns off the 'Tier 1 Suppliers with Supplier Provided Sites' option under their EventWatch settings.
