Is there an API endpoint available to retrieve submitted SCV assessment responses?

There is no dedicated API endpoint to retrieve a consolidated assessment response.
However, you can gather individual data points using the following endpoints:
- Site Information: Use the site_details endpoint to retrieve sites associated with assessments.
- Supplier Information: Use the partner_details endpoint for details on suppliers provided through assessments.
- Supplier Parts and Supplier Sites: Retrieve supplier parts and supplier site information from the partner_parts, parts, and partner_sites endpoints.
- Part-Site Mapping: Use the all_parts endpoint for part-site mapping data.
Important: Ensure that the data source is set to "partner" in all these endpoints when retrieving supplier-provided assessment details.
In concern to the custom assessments data, we do not have the endpoints currently available to retrieve the custom assessment data.
