Does the Sub tier part site mapping provided through CDIF in Tab 10 reflects in any of the API endpoint?

Yes, the subtier parts and its mapping with sites is available through API using all-parts api endpoint.
You need to provide the Sub-Tier partner_id and its Tier level to retrieve the desired information for Part-site mapping.
All_parts API endpoint usually reflects the connection between the Partner, its Parts and the associated site at different Tier level (i.e Tier 1,2,3,…..,n).
