How can a customer delete AI Mapping (Resilinc-researched) data? Is it possible to delete data directly from the portal?

  • Customers cannot delete Resilinc-researched data by themselves from the portal.
  • To remove Resilinc-researched data, customers need to contact Resilinc’s Tech Support team.
  • They can either:
    • Send an email to customersupport@resilinc.ai, or
    • Submit a ticket through the Customer Support Hub.
  • Once the Tech Support team receives the ticket, they will follow internal procedures to remove the requested data from the portal for the customer.
