- Customers cannot delete Resilinc-researched data by themselves from the portal.
- To remove Resilinc-researched data, customers need to contact Resilinc’s Tech Support team.
- They can either:
- Send an email to customersupport@resilinc.ai, or
- Submit a ticket through the Customer Support Hub.
- Once the Tech Support team receives the ticket, they will follow internal procedures to remove the requested data from the portal for the customer.
