Can a customer user change their organization name from the portal?

  • No, customer users cannot change their organization name directly from the portal.
  • To request an organization name change, the customer must:
  1. Submit a ticket through the Customer Support HUB, or
  2. Send an email to customersupport@resilinc.ai.
  • Once the request is received:
  1. Resilinc Tech Support or the Customer Success Manager will review it.
  2. Internal approval steps will be followed.
  3. The request will then be forwarded to the appropriate internal team to complete the name change.
