Once the assessments are in launched, it is essential to track the completion progress. The assessment module has 2 options to track and review progress of the assessment.

  1. Track Assessment
  2. Assessment Response KPI Dashboard

1. Track Assessment

Using the track assessment option, users can see the progress of each assessment for each supplier. The details include the start and end dates, the status of the assessment, and the response percentage of the assessment, along with additional options such as the history of activities, call log and collaboration chat.

Below are a few steps users can take before and after the assessment configuration is completed:

  1. Update the start and end date
  2. Terminate the assessment
  3. Add attachments
  4. Update the requestor and respondent contacts
  5. Change mandatory tabs (SCV assessments)

Notes for point no. 4,

  1. An assessment requestor can only be a person from the customer organization who has access to the Resilinc portal. A requestor receives default notifications from Resilinc system about the assessment progress.
  2. Assessment respondents need to be contacts from the supplier organization with a valid supplier email domain. Newly added respondents will receive an email from Resilinc to register to the portal, if the user is not already onboarded in the Resilinc platform.
  3. Users can filter the data using filters available on the screen such the as partner name, type of assessment, status of assessment and by country of the site location. Additionally, data filtering options are available on the grid at each column header.
  4. If customers are self-administering the assessments, the call log option can be used by Category Managers to log their call notes with each supplier. The “Actions” column in the grid can be used to track historical activities for each assessment, creating call logs and collaborating with team members about the progress of the assessment.

2. Assessment Response KPI Dashboard

This is a very important dashboard which offers the user an executive level summary of all assessment projects conducted by the customer organization. Users can utilize the data in the dashboard to carve out historical assessment data, analyze survey submission trends by quarter or month, as well as collect raw data for all of the assessments launched by their organization.

If the customers are working on multiple assessment projects, the respective project leads can assess the progress for their assessments using the dashboards. The analysis in the dashboard can be used for high level executive presentations.
