What are the steps to add my colleagues into the Resilinc platform for non SSO customer?

  • Users having Company Admin role can add additional users onto the Resilinc solutions. 
  • From the left sidebar, the user must select Manage Users option and then the navigate to third grid i.e., Users
  • Click on Add New in the top right (highlighted in Blue)
  • Fill in the top three fields with Name and email
  • Select an appropriate role viz. Executive, Company Admin, Risk Lead, Compliance Manager, Event Lead, and Commodity Manager
  • The license section allows you to choose which components and level of access i.e., View Only or Collaborator you want to allocate
  • Click Save and user will be created in the Resilinc system. At the same time this newly created user will also receive the registration email from registration@resilinc.com with the link to register on Resilinc portal
