How can non-SSO customers change a user's username?

  • Username changes for non-SSO users must be handled by Resilinc from the backend.

  • Users cannot update usernames from the portal.

  • To request a change, contact Resilinc via the Customer Support Hub or email customersupport@resilinc.ai.

  • Resilinc will process the request internally and update the username.

  • A new username and temporary password will be shared with the user.

  • The user can change their temporary password to a new one of their choice after the first login.
