- Username changes for non-SSO users must be handled by Resilinc from the backend.
- Users cannot update usernames from the portal.
- To request a change, contact Resilinc via the Customer Support Hub or email customersupport@resilinc.ai.
- Resilinc will process the request internally and update the username.
- A new username and temporary password will be shared with the user.
- The user can change their temporary password to a new one of their choice after the first login.
