For an Event WarRoom license, can you explain the difference between 'View Only' and 'Collaborate'?

  • The 'View Only' setting allows users to view data and content within the product without making any changes or performing actions that modify the data or configurations. This is typically used for users who need read-only access.

  • The 'Collaborate' setting enables users to not only view but also actively participate and collaborate within the product. Users with this access can make changes, upload files, and interact with others.

  • Event WarRoom Access Levels:

    • Event WarRoom View Only Access:

Users with this access cannot change the severity or status of the WarRoom or respond to the event on behalf of the supplier.

    • Event WarRoom Collaborator Access:

Users with this access can change the severity and status of the WarRoom and respond to the event on behalf of the supplier.

  • This applies across all product licenses, where 'View Only' corresponds to read-only access, and 'Collaborate' corresponds to write and edit permissions.
