WarRoom notifications are created when any disruptive event affects a territory or region where a customer supplier site is located and a potential impact has been identified.

For instance, if a hurricane hits America’s East Coast where a supplier of a company ‘X’ is located, then the above news event becomes a WarRoom.

WarRoom summarize the event details and help users visualize the impact to their supply chain.

The “Go to Event WarRoom” link available in the notification routes users to the WarRoom page in the Resilinc portal where user can take appropriate actions such updating event severity, changing event status, updating impact summary, and reviewing recovery times.

“A 6.0 magnitude earthquake hit the coast of Taiwan.”

“CSM Technologies” (Customer) is a military equipment manufacturer in the US which uses advanced semiconductors in its defense equipment. CSM Technologies’ users receive notification of the event and review the Warroom in the Resilinc portal. The impacted supplier has also received this notification, and CSM Technologies is able to communicate with their supplier within the portal.
