Why are some suppliers showing at Tier 2 level even though they are not explicitly provided through the CDIF or the Sub-tier Supplier tab in the SCV assessment?

Based on the current system logic, if a supplier is identified as a Sub-contractor in the Site List tab of the CDIF or within a Tier 1 SCV assessment, the system automatically generates a Tier 2 relationship for that supplier.
For example:
- Supplier ‘RAHUL’ is listed as a sub-contractor on the Site List tab in the SCV. Refer to the screenshot below:

- As a result, a Tier 2 entry is automatically created for this supplier on the portal, as shown below:
