Below is the logic on how progress percentage is calculated for each tab of SCV assessment and which further calculates the overall assessment percentage. Each tab has some specific percentage number assigned which changes according to the mandatory tab selection.
Survey Type | Survey Level | Mandatory Information | Company Details | Site List | Part-Site Map | Company Contacts | Site Contacts | Sub-Tier Suppliers | Sub-Tier Part Sourcing | Sub-Tier Site Details |
SCV | Tier 1 | Tier 1 Tab ( 1 to 5) | 5 | 5 | 40 | 25 | 25 | Not Mandatory | Not Mandatory | Not Mandatory |
SCV | Tier 1 | Tier 1 and Sub-tier-(Tab 6 , 7) | 5 | 5 | 30 | 15 | 15 | 20 | 10 | Not Mandatory |
SCV | Tier 1 | Tier 1 and Sub-tier-(Tab 6 , 8) | 5 | 5 | 30 | 15 | 15 | 20 | Not Mandatory | 10 |
SCV | Tier 1 | Tier 1 and Sub-tier-(Tab 6 , 7,8) | 5 | 5 | 30 | 15 | 15 | 10 | 10 | 10 |
SCV | Tier 1 | Tier 1 and Sub-tier-(Tab 6) | 5 | 5 | 30 | 15 | 15 | 30 | Not Mandatory | Not Mandatory |
Note - If parts are not provided by customer for a supplier in CDIF or if SCV required is not marked as TRUE then post launcing SCV assessment the parts will not be present in the SCV assessment. In such scenario, its not mandatory for supplier to fill details in tab 3, tab 5 and tab 7 of assessent as these tabs are interdependent. Even if these tabs are kept blank by supplier and saved the assessment, the progress percentage will get calculated for these tabs as per the mandatory tab selection.
