When are assessments marked as "Past Due"? Specifically, at what time and in which time zone does this status change take effect?

Assessments are marked as "Past Due" once their end date has passed.
The status change takes effect after the batch job runs. The batch executes three times daily at the following times:
- 01:15 GMT
- 09:15 GMT
- 17:15 GMT
This same batch is also responsible for launching assessments scheduled for a specific time.
For example: If you schedule an assessment at 13:00 PST, it will be launched in the next batch run at 18:15 PST / 01:15 GMT.
