This dashboard is used to track Assessment Progress for your Partners. Review the average time to complete Assessments and number of escalations. You can use the global filters to access information for selective partners, Categories, Business Unit etc.
- ASSESSMENTS SUBMITTED (PARTNER & SITE): This shows the number of Partners & Sites Level Assessments submitted
- ASSESSMENTS LAUNCHED (PARTNER & SITE): This shows the number of Partner & Site Level Assessments that have been sent to your Partners
- AVERAGE TIME TAKEN IN DAYS: The overall average number of days that it took your partners to complete the Assessments
- PARTNERS CONTACTED: The number of unique Partner point of contacts, the Resilinc system has contacted to complete an Assessment
- STATUS BY ASSESSMENT NAME: Displays the status of each type of Assessment that has been launched
- ASSESSMENT LAUNCHED BY ASSESSMENT NAME: Visualization of the different types of Assessments you have launched
- ASSESSMENT SUBMISSION TREND: Visualization of Assessment submission over time, broken down into quarters. This focuses primarily on the Assessments launched, submitted and the time taken to complete an Assessment
- TOTAL ASSESSMENTS BY TYPE DUE IN THE NEXT 15 DAYS: This visualization shows different types of Assessments reaching its due date in the next 15 days. Click on the chart to filter the type of Assessment you would like to analyze
- HISTORICAL SUBMISSION TREND (LAST 18 MONTHS): Assessment submission count per assessment type can be seen in a graphical format
- ASSESSMENT BY STATUS: Visualization of the current Assessment statuses. Click on the chart to filter the dashboard to that status
- Past Due - Assessment surpassed its due date
- Submitted - Assessment that has been submitted (regardless of prior or post the due date)
- In Progress - Assessment that is active and has not yet passed its due date
- Terminated - Assessment that the customer has cancelled
