  • Both site-level and partner-level templates are enabled to provide flexibility for customers.
  • Many customers want their partners to fill out site-level questionnaires and provide answers, or vice versa.
  • Customers can choose to launch a site-level template at the supplier level depending on what kind of data they wish to collect.
  • Both templates contain different sets of questions, allowing customers to select the most suitable template for their needs.
  • This flexibility ensures that customers can tailor the assessment process according to their specific requirements.
  • Note: If customers want to view the survey score for such assessments, it is available on the Survey Dashboard.
  • Navigation:

Hamburger Menu -> Manage Assessment -> Launch Assessment -> Action Column -> View Dashboard
