Why are BCP at Site Level risk scores not visible on the supplier risk page, and how can we ensure they appear?

  • When a BCP at Site Level assessment is triggered at the supplier level (instead of individual site level), the risk scores may not appear in the portal unless specific settings are configured correctly.
  • To ensure visibility of these scores, the following steps must be taken:
  • Understand the Risk Factor Configuration:
    • The system has two separate risk factors related to BCP at Site Level:
    • BCP at Site Level (Partner) – Used for supplier-level triggered assessments
    • BCP at Site Level (Site) – Used when assessments are triggered at the site level
  • Assign Weights to the Correct Risk Factor:
    • For supplier-level BCP assessments, make sure that weights are assigned to the BCP at Site Level (Partner) factor in the Risk Settings page of the customer organization.

 

 


    • After assigning the weight, recalculate the risk scores for the suppliers.
    • The system will then include BCP at Site Level data in the supplier's overall risk calculation.
  • Verify on Portal :
    • Once recalculated, the risk scores will be visible on the Suppliers listing page in the customer portal.
