How can I delete unwanted assessments from My Library in my customer org?

Assessments in the Resilinc customer portal can only be deleted by their creators after they are terminated. Follow these steps to remove unwanted test assessments:

  • Step 1: Terminate the Assessment
    • Navigate to the Track Assessment page.
    • Locate the assessment you want to delete and click Terminate to deactivate it.
  • Step 2: Delete the Assessment
    • Refresh the Launch Assessment page.
    • Find the terminated assessment and click Delete to remove it permanently.
  • Important Notes:
    • Active assessments cannot be deleted until they are terminated.
    • Only the assessment creator has permission to delete it.
