If a customer clones an existing custom assessment, will the supplier's previously submitted responses pre-populate in the newly launched assessment?

When a customer clones an assessment and relaunches it, the supplier's previously submitted responses will not carry over to the newly launched assessment.
The cloned assessment is treated as a new instance, requiring fresh responses from the supplier.
