The Supplier Match Report is a comprehensive report that provides key insights into a supplier's performance and engagement across Resilinc platform. This report contains several columns, each offering specific details about a supplier's status and interaction with Resilinc customers. Below is an explanation of what each column in the report represents:

  2. Non-Normalized Supplier Name: This is the raw, customer-provided name of the supplier.
  3. Sole Sourced: If the supplier is the sole source for any part they supply, this will show “Yes.” If the supplier is not the sole source for any part, it will show “No.”
  4. Sites: This indicates the total number of sites associated with the supplier across all Resilinc customers.
  5. Parts Mapped: This represents the total number of parts that are mapped to a specific supplier’s site across all Resilinc customers.
  6. Contact Info Provided: Indicates whether contact information(email) is available for the supplier across all Resilinc customers.
  7. Event Responses: This column shows whether the supplier has responded to any events for any Resilinc customers.
  8. Sub-Tier Suppliers/Sub-Tier Sites: This shows the total number of sub-suppliers and sites associated with a specific supplier across all Resilinc customers.
  9. Company/Site Level BCP: Indicates whether the supplier has submitted the Company/Site Level BCP (Business Continuity Planning) assessment for any Resilinc customers.
