When using the Partner Name Normalization Report, why are we receiving no results when searching for normalized partner names?

  • When the Resilinc team completes partner name normalization, the customer needs to provide the partner names through CDIF and load it into the Resilinc solution.
  • This process is specifically applicable to partner names provided by the customer.
  • Therefore, if you're not seeing any results while searching for normalized partner names in this report even though you got the confirmation from Resilinc that the partners are now normalized, it may be because these partners hasn't been provided via CDIF for visibility.
