The Countries tab provides a country-wise breakdown of supply chain disruption exposure, risk scores, and response activity. It enables users to localize and prioritize risk mitigation efforts by geography.

 

Navigation Path: Home Page → More → Countries → Overview

 

Key Features in Countries tab:

Each country tile (e.g., Australia) displays cards summarizing key supply chain indicators:

 

1. WarRoom Overview Card

Metric

One-Line Description

Open WarRooms

Shows the total number of currently active disruption events for the country.

Events in Last 7 Days

Indicates how many new events have occurred in the past seven days.

Confirmed Events

Displays the count of events where impact has been confirmed by suppliers or sites.

No Response Events

Reflects the number of events that have not received any supplier response yet.

Event Title + Date

Shows the title and date of the most recent open WarRoom event to assess real-time activity.

 

⮞ Useful for understanding the freshness and responsiveness of local events.

 

2. Resiliency Risk Score Card

  • Overall Resiliency Risk Score: A composite score representing the overall risk exposure of the country’s supply chain, ranging from 1 to 10 with 10 indicating highest risk.

 

  • Top 5 Risk Factors:

Material Concentration

Assesses the level of risk due to dependency on a limited number of materials or suppliers.

Resilinc OPS Risk

Captures operational performance risk based on Resilinc’s proprietary scoring.

Natural Disaster

Reflects exposure to geographic risks such as earthquakes, floods, or storms.

Lead Time

Measures delays associated with production and shipping timelines.

Material Concentration

Assesses the level of risk due to dependency on a limited number of materials or suppliers.

Risk Score (per factor)

Numerical rating indicating the severity of each specific risk factor.

Weightage (per factor)

Indicates the relative importance or influence of each risk factor in the overall score.

Shows the total number of suppliers associated with the selected country.

Parts

Displays the count of parts sourced from or linked to that country.

Sites

Indicates how many supplier manufacturing or operational sites are located in the country.

Products

Reflects the number of finished goods impacted or linked to the country’s supply chain.

Sub tier

Lists the number of sub-tier (e.g., Tier 2/3/N) suppliers connected to the country.

Summary

Provides an aggregated overview of all exposed entities—suppliers, parts, sites, and products—within the country.
