As a user, it is essential to know the difference between the different notifications received by the users: News Alerts & WarRooms.

Alerts can be news related to any country/industry which may or may not affect a particular supplier. Resilinc allows its users to be updated with all the events occurring globally that could potentially disrupt supply chains. For Example, Forest fires in the Amazon or the Balance of Payments crisis in Sri Lanka.

A News Alert is an early notification shared with users to summarize all of the relevant information for an industry specific event.

The Supply Chain Disruption Potential gauge is an indicator available to easily identify impact severity.  Resilinc recommends reviewing every event, then assessing & changing the severity to ensure accuracy.
