- Additional requesters and respondents can be added by clicking on the Add More link beside each name in these columns on the Track Assessment page (How to navigate to Track Assessment Page)
- A dialog box will open which will display details of the existing respondent / requester present within that company
- To add a new respondent, click on the Add New Users To List
- System will prompt a dialogue box to show the names of users already available. Click the check box to select from the available users. If user not available, click on +Add New user to List. Provide the first and last name and email address. Click on the save button adjacent to the phone number
- Click on Confirm to add the user
- Once the user is added here, he will receive an assessment invitation email.
