Yes, you can create an event within the solution either by drawing the polygon or by selecting a supplier or by drawing the circle
Click on What-If option under the EventWatch in the left hand sidebar menu.
The What If scenario planner serves as proactive tool which allows users to simulate potential supply chain disruptions. After creating a What If scenario, you can utilize the analytics to get a comprehensive view of the potential impact of the scenario to your business
