    • Severity Selection in What-If WarRooms

    • Supplier Table Enhancements in Impact Confirmation
      • Admins can now filter and sort suppliers more easily using new columns such as Tier, UDAs, Part Category, Source, and more.

      • This makes it easier to filter and identify the right suppliers for impact confirmation.


  3. Addition of the ‘entity_modified_date’ attribute on the ‘site_events’ endpoint

    • API Version 14 hosts the addition of this new attribute within the ‘site_events’ endpoint.

    • This addition is backward compatible.

  4. Introduction to FreshDesk for enhanced customer support

    • A new customer support platform has been implemented to deliver faster, smarter, and more seamless assistance.

    • Features include improved multi-channel support, enhanced knowledge base, AI-powered assistance, and greater transparency and faster resolution.
