  • Tier-1 suppliers can now stay informed about disruptions affecting their sub-tier suppliers, enabling faster, more informed responses and better risk management.
     
  • How notifications and visibility work
     
    When a Tier-2 (sub-tier) supplier reports an impact, Tier-1 suppliers are automatically informed.
  • Email notifications (optional): Tier-1 suppliers can receive an email as soon as a sub-tier supplier confirms an impact.
  • In-app bell notifications: Alerts appear immediately in the platform when a sub-tier supplier reports an impact.
  • Supplier portal visibility: Sub-tier responses are displayed under the “My Supplier Events” tab in the Supplier Portal.
  • Detailed information access: Tier-1 suppliers can view supplier-level and site-level details related to sub-tier impacts.
  • Activity log tracking: All sub-tier supplier responses are recorded for historical reference.
  • Opt-in control: Email notifications can be enabled or disabled by the Tier-1 supplier through a portal setting.
