Why are Macroeconomic, Geopolitical, and Natural Disaster risk scores not being returned in the API response, while only the resiliency_risk score is available?

  • The Macroeconomic, Geopolitical, and Natural Disaster risk scores are location-based risk scores that Resilinc provides at the site level. These scores are separate from the overall resiliency_risk score and are generated based on the country and geographic coordinates of supplier sites.

  • If these risk score categories are not being returned in the API response, it is likely due to missing or incomplete site address information.

  • Please ensure that supplier site addresses are correctly provided through CDIF or SCV, as this is a mandatory requirement. Without valid site address details, the site cannot be geo-pinned on the map, and consequently, the Macroeconomic, Geopolitical, and Natural Disaster risk scores cannot be generated.
